Logistic Support Unit One (LOGSU-1) San Diego, CA intends to enter into a Sole Source contract with Team Oneil Rally School for an Offensive Driving Course in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 c (1) and FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The vendor must provide speed driving on narrow, unpredictable, unknown surfaces and roads using as much speed as possible with necessary prudence. The vendor must teach car control and offensive driving skills in (front wheel, rear wheel, all wheel, four wheel) drive vehicles, as well as high center drive vehicles.
