This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-06 and DFARS Change Notice 20050930. Only those properties as previously approved by this Activity will be considered. Past Performance history as retained by this activity will also be considered. Period of performance is 06/15/07 to 07/10/07 with the possibility of being extended.
