The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), intends to award on a sole-source basis, per FAR 6.302-1, a base plus-two option year contract to Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) for Metrorail Fare Cards in support of the Counter Intelligence Field Activity (CIFA) personnel. The Metro Farecards will be of various denominations from $1, $5, $10, $20, $30, $40. The dollar value for the base plus two options years is approximately $840,000.00.
