The Office of Justice Programs (OJP) attends to award on a sole source basis a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), Office of STRK, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. The purpose of this BPA is to purchase MetroCheks to assist OJP government employees with their daily work commute.
