This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Iowa Army National Guard Warrior & Family Services Branch wishes to procure one-time accommodations to support a quote mark Yellow Ribbon quote mark event for de-mobilizing Soldiers and their families in the Des Moines or Ames Iowa metropolitan areas, to include: lodging, meeting /event space, and meals (breakfast, lunch, breakfast). This solicitation is issued under Request for Proposals (RFP) number W912LP-15-T-0003. All proposals shall be submitted by 9:00 a.m. local (Central) time on 31 October 2014. The anticipated award date is 5 November 2014.
