Military Sealift Command, Pacific intends to issue a solicitation for the Civilian Mariner lodging facilities. The initial period of performance is expected to commence 31 May, 2004 through 30 May, 2005 plus one (2) one-year option. This is an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract. The primary lodging facilities will be located in San Diego, California. Lodging requirements may extend along the West Coast to areas such as San Francisco, California, (Bay area), Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington areas. The lodging must be located within 12 miles of the designated repair and or training facilities. This is an unrestricted procurement. Only written request for the RFP are acceptable.
