This is a combined solicitation synopsis. No other solicitation is available. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for one conference room in Newport, RI and (10) sleeping rooms under a purchase order. An additional 100-125 participants will attend this conference at the same location but will pay for their sleeping rooms on their Government travel cards, to include 6 connector rooms, and at least 7 suites during that time. Check-in for sleeping rooms begins 08/20/2005 and 08/21/2005, check-out is 08/26/2005. A conference room from 08/22/2005 through 08/25/2005 to accommodate at least 100-125 people, a hospitality suite to be used on 08/21/2005 through 08/25/2005, and am/pm breaks with Breakfast and Luncheon Buffets for 100-125 people for 4 days on 08/22/2005 through 08/25/2005. Audio Visual Equipment Needed: (1) 27� Video Monitor, (1) VHS Player, (1) Tripod Screen and (12) Lavaliere Microphones. The rooms must meet all local and state fire and safety codes. Award will be based on meeting the specifications listed above on an all or none basis.
