Synopsis:

The purpose of this Small Business Sources Sought Notice is to identify the availability and capability of small business sources; and their size classification relative to the appropriate North American Industrial Classification (NAICs) code. The North American Industry (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 488991. The small business size standard is $25.5M.

The Regional Contracting Office, Fort Wainwright (RCO-Alaska), is seeking source information to provide Non-personal Support Services for Packing and Crating, within a 65 mile radius from Fort Wainwright Alaska. See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Businesses responding to this Sources Sought Notice must provide a Statement of Capabilities that is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the firm's qualifications to perform the defined work addressing the following:

1. Demonstrate the skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities necessary to perform the support services for the requirements specified within the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this announcement. Statement of capability should address the specific requirements of the PWS and identify the firms' specific skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities to complete these requirements, including, but not limited to a description of relevant experience with similar projects.
