Furnish flight services, fully contractor operated and maintained, consisting of one singe engine airplane, Cessna 172 (or equivalent) in support of National Park Service program requirements at Big Cypress National Preserve, Ochopee, Florida. Program requirements include wildlife surveys, manatee and panther tracking, fire reconnaissance, wildfire/prescribed fire command and control, law enforcement reconnaissance, and search and rescue. Contractor will be required to be certificated under 14 CFR, Part 135, Air Taxi Operators & Commercial Operators for the category and class of aircraft required under the contract. The term of the contract will be one year with options to renew for four additional years. The period of performance is October 1 through September 30.
