1. Vessel(s) Required: U.S. or Foreign Flag self-sustaining RO/RO or LO/LO vessel. Vessel must be self-sustaining ? to move approximately 16,205 SQ ft/116 pcs (+/-10% CHOP) of General Military cargo containers and rolling stock. Minimum speed required 14 knots. Contractor required to provide detailed drawings of the contracted vessel, sufficient lashing gear and adequate lifting gear to include spreader bars. If RO/RO vessel, equipment to include ramps or other equipment to facilitate RO/RO operations. Vessel to transport cargo described herein.
