The contracting office is considering the issuance of a single solicitation with the expectation of one award as an Indefinite Delivery Requirement (IDR) type contract. Award is expected to include one (1), twelve (12) month base and four (4) option year, with the inclusion of FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, up to six (6) months. The Government is not soliciting offers at this time. The Contracting Officer will determine which suggested changes, if any, are accepted. This is a sources sought notice to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. A solicitation is not currently available. The Government may use your responses to include questions, comments and concerns for the purposes of determining how the requirement may be stated and/or how the Government may conduct the procuring process.
