V221 Furnish Multi-engine, high wing aircraft flight services (Aero Commander 680 or equal) to support Bowhead Whale Migration Survey off shore, Barrow Alaska Use Period approximately April 5, 2004 thru June 15, 2004. Seventy-one days anticipated, with approximately 156 hours of flight. Aircraft requires belly port to allow for vertical photography with a hand held camera. Low Level photography, 500ft . Aircraft should have bubble windows for gerneral observations. Four passenger seats are required as well as GPS interface with computer. Audio hedsets are required to provide inflight communications for the entire crew. Payment based upon actual hours flown, plus allowance for crew subsistence, fuel, and tie downs at Barrow, Alaska Project is being offered to qualified vendors currently on the DOI, Aircraft Rental Agreement.
