The contractor is to provide ambulance services to transport VA beneficiaries for VA Medical Center in Danville, Illinois. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) services are needed to be provided 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. The contract period will be for one year from the date of award, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for four additional one-year periods. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621910 and the size standard is $6.0 million average annual receipts for the past three years. This solicitation is 100 % set-aside for small business concerns. Only offers from those firms regularly established in the business of providing ambulance service will be considered.
