This project consists of the full replacement of the shingles and underlayment for the Uwharrie Ranger Ranger Residence.

This project also consists of replacing all drip edges and plumbing vents.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision and any other incidentals necessary to perform all work required as listed in the Bid Schedule and Specifications.

Location of work is the Uwharrie Ranger Residence in Montgomery County North Carolina.

The address of the residence is 1157 Page Street, Troy, NC 27371.

No site visit will be held.
