REQUIREMENT:
U.S Customs and Border Protection, Office of Air and Marine, is interested in leasing approximately 15,500 square feet of hangar space and 8,500 square feet of flight preparation space. The space will be occupied by Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection.
LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years; Five (5) year firm term with five, one (1) year option periods.
UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS:
Hangar and related space must be a single tenant facility. The Government requires a partially serviced lease including a total of 30 on-site parking spaces. The building and parking areas should provide acceptable access including adequate turning radius for large vehicles with trailers.
A partially serviced lease in addition to partitioning and tenant alterations is desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety; and shall be ABAAS compliant and asbestos-free. The building and parking must be accessible to government personnel 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Occupancy is required no later than April 1, 2011.
DELINEATED AREA:
Space must be located within the Garner Field Municipal Airport in Uvalde, Texas. The location must provide apron space and access to runway.
