The University of Virginia (University or UVA) invites highly qualified architectural consulting firms to submit a letter of interest and associated supporting materials for consideration in the selection of a consultant team to provide a feasibility study and, at the discretion of the University, to provide full architectural and engineering design services for the construction of the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture Expansion (Project), in accordance with the provisions of the University of Virginia Higher Education Capital Outlay Manual (HECOM).
