Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is requesting quotations from vendors for three(3) each UV Curing systems per the attached specification, Brand Name or Equal. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used.  A solicitation will be issued on DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335129; the size standard is 1000 employees. This procurement is unrestricted with regard to business size. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is SPE7M1-14-Q-5129. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination with all freight included in the delivered price to Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Bldg 11-7, Mark for: DLA Product Test Center, Bldg 11-7 TE Lab, ATTN: Jeffrey Bohannon ([email protected]) / 614-692-9871) or Mark Kruse ([email protected] / 614-692-9868), Columbus, OH 43213.  The resulting order shall be firm-fixed price. The basis of award shall be technically acceptable, low price to a responsible quoter.
