The purpose of this amendment 001 is to post the attachment "Questions and Answers Received Against 20203281131 UV Bulbs."

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is 20203281131 and is being issued as a request for quotation.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-05, March 30, 2020.

This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the applicable NAICS code is 335110 with a size standard of 1,250.

The Government is seeking quotes for the supply of lamps, quartz sleeves, and accessories for UV disinfection system in accordance with the attached Pricing Sheet.  Delivery shall be to Nogales Wastewater Treatment Plant, 865 Rio Rico Industrial Park, Rio Rico, AZ 85648-4063

The attachments to this solicitation include: Pricing Sheet; applicable provisions and clauses to include 52.204-7, 52.204-16, 52.209-7, 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.252-1, 52.204-4, 52.204-13, 52.204-18 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-40 and 52.236-9.

Contractors shall include with their quote a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.  This may also be completed online at SAM.gov.

Any questions related this solicitation shall be submitted to [email protected] in writing no later than 4:30pm MDT Monday, May 18, 2020.  Any questions received after this deadline will not be answered unless deemed significant by the Contracting Officer.
