The WI DNR’s Bureau of Air Management is soliciting bids for the provision of Teledyne API Model T400 ozone analyzer monitors or for comparable ozone monitors that use the UV absorbation measurement principle and meets United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) equivalency requirements per the attached Special Conditions of Bid, Specifications. All transactions shall be conducted per the attached Standard Terms and Conditions. Responding vendors must complete and submit the attached Bid Price Sheet, Vendor Information form and Bid Cover form. Bidders must also supply a response to the listed bid factors including a statement indicating the bidders qualifications, a statement on the warranty scope and time frame and adequate detailed product information for all items bid.
