16. Description: Military Sealift Command (MSC) requests a launch and recovery platform for a large diameter autonomous unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV). The contractor shall provide operational and logistic support services by providing a crane barge, tugboat, and two small work boats (rigid hulled inflatable boat (RHIB) or equivalent) for the transit, deployment, and recovery of the UUV and related support equipment.  All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
