The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (the “University”), acting through the University’s Office of the Associate Vice President for Facilities Planning & Operations, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors ("Respondents") sometimes referred to as “Contractor” for selection to provide the Construction of Two independent buildings for the operational needs of the UTRGV Soccer and Track and Field Athletics Programs located at the UTRGV Soccer and Track and Field Complex. The new buildings will consist of a concrete foundation, cmu and metal stud construction, brick veneer, built-up roofing, hollow metal door frames, hollow metal doors, solid core wood doors, overhead doors, gypsum board, painting, suspended ceiling grid, ceramic tile, carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, special systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire hydrant, site work, utilities, landscaping, and irrigation.
