The Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Construction of two football practice fields consisting of site demolition, site grading, storm drainage, storm detention, new synthetic turf field to include striping for football and soccer, alternating colors, colored endzones with text, new natural grass field with football striping, a 32 foot tall film tower, field goal post, soccer goals, 30yard x 30yard synthetic turf sled area, a synthetic turf running hill, sports LED lighting, scoreboard, delay of game clocks, metal storage building, concrete foundation, metal wall panels, metal roof panels, plywood sheathing, painting, door frames, doors, door hardware, gutters, downspouts, mechanical ventilation, electrical, plumbing, landscape, irrigation, special systems and fiber optic cabling.
