The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (the “University”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors in response to this Request for Proposal for Selection of a Vendor to Provide Operation and Management of Food Services at Cancer and Surgery Center Cafe (the “Services”), RFP No. 24-JZ-04 (this “RFP”). The Services, which are more specifically described in Section 5.4 (Scope of Work) of this RFP, include full-service food, non-alcoholic beverage services, with opportunity for catering.
