The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (the “University”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors in response to this Request for Proposal for Selection of a Vendor to Provide Operation and Management of Food Services (the “Services”), RFP No 23-JZ-01 (this “RFP”). The Services, which are more specifically described in Section 5.4 (Scope of Work) of this RFP, include full-service food, alcoholic beverage, and non-alcoholic beverage services including Cash Plan, Conference Meal Plan, Board Plan, Catering Plan, Concession Plan, and Athletic Dining Plan.
