The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (the “University”), acting through the University’s Office of the Associate Vice President for Facilities Planning & Operations, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors ("Respondents") sometimes referred to as “Contractor” for selection to provide the Construction of a New UTRGV Golf Practice Facility located at Champions Lake Golf Course on 2701 S Ware Rd., McAllen Texas 78503. It is approximately 4,000 SF and will include four coaches' office, restrooms, lockers, showers and two hitting bays. The new building will consist of a concrete foundation, wood frame construction, brick veneer, metal roofing, hollow metal door frames, hollow metal doors, wood doors, overhead doors, gypsum board, painting, suspended ceiling grid, ceramic tile, carpet tile, luxury vinyl tile, special systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire hydrant, site work, utilities, landscaping, and irrigation.
