This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested (SF-1449 is attached) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is 140A0320Q0012 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Southern Plains Regional Office intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in response to this Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-05 dated March 10, 2021. This solicitation is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-aside.
