NOTICE OF BID INVITATION TO BID The City of Fernandina Beach will receive sealed competitive responses for requirements for the following until no later than 2:00pm (Eastern Time) May 20, 2021. ITB 21-05 CLARIFIER NO. 1 IMPROVEMENTS – INSTALLATION OF OWNER-FURNISHED EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at 11.00am (Eastern Time), April 29, 2021 at the City of Fernandina Beach WWTF, 1180 S. 5th Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. Submittals will not be accepted from any firm that is not represented at the Mandatory Pre-bid meeting. Please be advised that the City of Fernandina Beach has a mandatory mask order in place for all indoor meetings. To be most effective, masks should be worn properly covering the nose and the mouth at all times. All CDC guidelines for distancing will be followed for any site portion of the pre-bid meeting.
