Utah State Football – Massage Chair – 2021 Bid Request What We Need Bided We are seeking bids from companies willing to provide us with (2) Infinity Genesis Max 4D L-Track Massage Chairs for our football student-athlete locker room. We would also like a 5 year warranty plan included in the bid of each Vendor Requirements • Unlimited USA-Based Customer & Technical Support • 5 Year Structural Framework Warranty • All covered parts in the warranty must be replaceable at no cost for a minimum of 3 years • We would like the 1st year to have unlimited complete care/no cost parts & labor in the event something breaks or gets damaged • We would like a document ensuring that our players that weigh over 300 lbs are covered under the warranty of the chair, and if something breaks while they are in the chair they cannot use that against us • We want the chair leather to be black, and the exterior shell of the chair to be black/silver To submit a quote, please send it to [email protected] by September 3, 2021, by 3:00 pm MST.
