1) This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice to announce the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement procure fisheries survey data gathered by USVs in Lake Superior that can be compared directly to data collected by the GLSC fleet.

2) The synopsis/solicitation number is 140G0221Q0192 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

3) This is for Full and Open Competition. The associated NAICS Code is 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services.

4) The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in Part 13.5, as appropriate shall be used for this acquisition. A single award shall be made to the vendor whose proposal, conforming to this Solicitation, is determined to be most advantageous to the government, cost or price and other non-cost or non-price factors.
