The South East Regional Maintenance Center intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) on or about 11/14/2016, on a cascading 100% small business set-aside competition basis to solicit sources capable of supporting Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) to include hull, machinery, electrical, and piping on USS SHAMAL (PC-13). Under cascading small business limitations, the Government reserves the right to consider only offers from small business concerns if it receives at least two responsive offers from responsible small business concerns and an award can be made at a fair market price. If the Government does not receive at least two responsive offers form two responsible small business offerors, the Government will withdraw the small business restriction in accordance with FAR 19.506 and shall consider all offers.

Offers must be able to obtain an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) or equivalent by the time of award.
In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 7299A, the "Homeport Statute", this procurement will solicit offers from all offerors capable of performing the work in the Mayport homeport area.
