This is an intended sole source announcement with two qualified sources. The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to either Scientific Applications International Corp or Antenna Products on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for refurbished/remanufactured ATG's for the USS Normandy in accordance with the attached RFQ. This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is based on response to this notice solely within the discretion of the Government.
