The Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC) is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having interest in and the resources to support the upcoming Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) on USS NEW YORK (LPD-21).  The type of work being performed is hull, machinery, electrical, electronics, and piping.  Interested parties must have or be able to obtain an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) prior to contract award.  The Government's market research is based on FAR Part 19 and the result of the market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.  If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information:  Organization Name, address, email address, web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization.  This information may be provided by email to [email protected] Attn: Susan Caldwell no later than 10:00 AM, 27 January 2014.
