SUBJECT: Solicitation USPSC Personal Service Contractor Supervisory Executive Officer (S/EXO), USAID/Nigeria

Dear Prospective Offerors:

The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified United States (US) citizens or resident aliens to provide personal services as described in this solicitation.

Offers must be in accordance with Attachment 1 of this solicitation. Incomplete or unsigned offers will not be considered.

Submissions shall be delivered to USAID/Nigeria by the time specified. Email submissions only shall be sent to Josephine Udomi, Human Resources Specialist at email: [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]. Please quote the number and position title of this solicitation on the subject line of your e-mail submission.

Offerors should retain copies of all offer materials for their records. Please note that USAID/Nigeria does not accept responsibility for delays in transmission or receipt of any application. Applications received after the closing date and time specified will not be considered.

This solicitation and an application in response to this solicitation in no way obligates USAID to award a PSC contract, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of the offer. USAID reserves the right to award, or not to award the contract herein contemplated, subject to availability of funds. Any submission is at the sole risk of the applicant.
