This constitutes Amendment 0002 to: (1) Change paragraph (a) of the Liquidated Damages clause 52.211-11 and (2) Provide revised Work Item 597 and References 2.1.4 AMD-2924 Rev O HPU Assembly and 2.1.5 AMD-2925 Rev O Cooler Assembly .

This constitutes Amendment 0001: (1) Change section L-5 Inspection of Vessel / Pre-Proposal conference from “Inspection for the USNS MIGUEL KEITH is To Be Determined” to “Inspection for the USNS MIGUEL KEITH will take place at San Diego, on or about 12 Feb through 14 Feb, 2020 at 0800-1600.  Inspection is not mandatory and shall be at the offeror’s expense.

Military Sealift Command - Norfolk contracting office is seeking Proposals/Bids for the Post Award Shakedown Availability (PSA) on the USNS MIGUEL KEITH (T-ESB - 5) commencing on or about 3 AUG 2020 for one-hundred and twenty (120) calendar days.
