This constitutes Amendment 001 to change the description of line item 0001 and 0002.  The part number, quantity, unit of issue and response date remains the same.  See attached amended Combined Synopsis Solicitation.

MSC NORFOLK will issue a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for Survitec Zodiac brand name materials.  Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are required.  Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered.

The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is 06 July 2020.   Delivery and acceptance will occur at MSC BATS Warehouse 9284 Balboa Ave, San Diego, CA 92123.
