THIS IS A SYNOPSIS NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation, request for quote, or proposal and no contract will be awarded from this notice. There is no solicitation, specifications or drawings available at this time.

Military Sealift Command Norfolk intends to issue a total small business set-aside solicitation on/about 28 October 2013 for the Voyage Repair (VR) on the USNS LEROY GRUMMAN (T-AO 195) commencing on or about 21 December 2013 for an estimated period of 14 days.

Work is to be performed at a Government provided pier on or about the above mentioned date. Areas of consideration are the Norfolk, VA area and Earle, NJ. The estimated issue date of this solicitation is on/about 28 October 2013. After issuance, the solicitation and supporting documents will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fbo.gov.
