16. Description:  Military Sealift Command (MSC) Norfolk has a requirement for the USNS APACHE (T-ATF 172) for Deactivation.  The place of performance will be at a Contractor’s facility on the East or Gulf Coast.  A draft work item list is separately attached to this notice.
