The anticipated NAICS code(s) is 33999 - Table Metal manufacturing, the associated size standard of less than 750 employees.
The Prep School requires the purchase and installation of (2) new Stainless Steel Top Work Tables (for comical kitchen). The work tables are required to accomplish the mission of feeding USMAPS cadets. The intent is to purchase the work tables as soon as practical utilizing the following specifications.
Work Table # 1 Specifications:
1. Same or equivalent to Eagle Group Model No. SPECFAB Spec-Master Series Work Table
2. 132"W x 30"D, 14/300 series stainless steel top, squared edges on front & back, Uni-Lok gusset system, stainless steel legs and adjustable feet.
3. (1) Split base construction, partial length 18/3 stainless steel undershelving, open base with crossrails at sinks, legs, and flanged feet.
4. (1) Sink, 20" x 20" x 14" bowl, welded in, with drain handle basket.
5. (1) 313304 Faucet upgrade, T&S deck mounted mixing faucet with 4" centers, rigid gooseneck nozzle, 4" wrist handles, extra heavy duty.
6. (1) 341190 Twist handle drain, with overflow, 2" NPS connection and overflow.
7. (1) 502946 Drawer Assembly, 20" x 20" x 4", 430 type stainless steel housing and frame, removable drawer and pan, NSF approved removable slides, hemmed safety pull handle.
8. (1) Pot rack, table mount, 100"W x 20"D, triple-bar design with tubular table supports, constructed of 3/16" x 2" stainless steel flat bar, including 27 double-pronged pot hooks for 108"W table

Contractor Requirements:
1. Site visit required to ensure work tables will fit in designated.
2. Remove and dispose of old tables and ceiling hung pot rack.
3. Install new tables and sinks
4. Make all final plumbing, gas and electrical connections within 6ft to properly sized utilities.
5. Test unit for proper operation.
