The United States Government ("USG") is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified landowners and/or developers for the construction and lease to the USG of a housing compound in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic which would contain approximately 75 residential dwelling units of two to four-bedroom houses for occupancy by USG Embassy staff. The houses can be single family detached, patio homes (attached garages), or townhouses, or a combination thereof. The site for the compound should be less than a 20 minute commute in normal traffic from the existing Embassy and planned new Embassy Compound.
