The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) in Shepherdstown, WV intends to award a purchase order to Rieger Communicatoins, Inc. for a Fish and Wildlife History Exhibit in the Director's Corridor of the Main Interior Building in Washington, D.C. The estimated value of this purchase order is expected to be less than $25,000.00. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. A determination by USFWS not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of USFWS. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
