This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included
in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a
separate written solicitation will not be issued.
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge, TX, has a requirement for 1900 tons of
grade A limestone. The anticipated required delivery date is between Nov 1, 2024 ¿ December 29, 2024.
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under
the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 2024-05. The NAICS code is 212312 and the small business size standard is 750 in
employees.
Instructions
All responsible small business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency.
Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract. The basis of award is Lowest Price. The vendor that
submits the lowest priced quote, will be awarded the contract. Award will be made to a responsible
source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
