Description: Provide and replace carpet and cove base in the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) offices in the Ketchikan Federal Building.

Magnitude of Construction is less than $25,000.

SOLICITATION POSTED MAY 31, 2017

A site visit for this Solicitation is scheduled for June 14, 2017 at 1:00 PM Alaska Time. Meeting in the Ketchikan Federal Building on the first floor, lobby area. Interested parties are to email the Contracting Officer, Amy Heusser at [email protected] prior to 3:00 PM Alaska Time on June 12, 2017 with the names of all persons attending. See pages 3-4 of the Solicitation document for more information.

The Due Date for Offers is July 5, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Offers are to be delivered to the Contracting Officer, Amy Heusser in accordance with the SF1442 document and Solicitation Document, page 4.

A bid guarantee (bond) is not required with offer. Performance and Payment bonds are NOT required for this Contract.
