The Government requires additional information in order to determine the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable offer. The Government hereby requests final revised proposals be submitted to address the following information:

1. The room is approximately 53'11" by 20'. Please ensure all proposed drawings reflect this room size.

2. The printer rack has to be large enough to fit four (4) 3550 model printers. Please reference attached SOW.

3a. Is there a warranty? If so, how long and what does it cover?
3b. If it covers breaks or repairs, what is the process for repairs and/or replacement?

4. State whether or not your company will be able to meet the tentative delivery and installation date of late July 2016.

5. All proposals must be complete, to include final pricing information.

Any questions shall be submitted by email only to [email protected] NLT 2:00pm CST 27 April 2016.

The Government intends to make an award decision upon receipt of final proposals without further discussions or clarifications. Final proposals shall be submitted NLT 10:00am CST 3 May April 216 and shall be marked as "FINAL PROPOSAL"
