This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this requirement is 2017-Q-66988 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This acquisition is set aside for small business.

The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 541380, Size Standard $15 Million employees.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 (January 13, 2017).

A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing to the successful offeror.

The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation.

The quote format is at the discretion of the offeror. Your quote should include a breakdown of labor and materials and associated costs.

In accordance with the FAR 13.106-1(a)(2), offerors are notified that award will be made on the basis of lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability is determined by conformance to the statement of work. Offerors will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be issued in writing to the successful offeror.
