SKAMANIA COUNTY PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1USED/REFURBISHED 115KV/12.47KV POWER TRANSFORMER Bids Due 3:00 pm, October 31, 2023 NOTICE TO BIDDERSNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Skamania County Public Utility District No. 1 (Skamania PUD) will receive sealed proposals for the following material/equipment:RFB 23-1: Used/Refurbished 115kV/12.47kV Power Transformerat Skamania County Public Utility District No. 1, C/O Melanie Sharp, 1492 Wind River Hwy, P.O. Box 500, Carson, Washington 98610, on October 31, 2023 at 3:00 pm (Local Time). Proposals received after this time will not be considered. The bid opening is public and bids will be available for public inspection at the Skamania PUD office after the bid opening. For bids exceeding $50,000 as described in RCWs 54.04.070, 54.04.080 and 54.04.082, each bid shall be sealed and accompanied with a Bid Bond or Payment to Skamania PUD in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the vendors bid.
