East: Gardiner Basin Watershed east of Yellowstone River

West: Gardiner Basin Watershed west of Yellowstone River

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 35 acres (1,524,600 ABOA SF)

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 40 acres (1,742,400 ABOA SF)

Parking Spaces Surface (Reserved): None

Full Term: 10 years

Firm Term: 3 years

Additional Requirements: Land must be double fenced with 10 ft of separation between fences. Handling facility required on the land for the quarantined bison. Must be located within the Bison Tolerance Zone as described by the Interagency Bison Management Plan.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
