The. U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agriculture Research Service (ARS), on behalf of all USDA agencies requires the acquisition of Secure Data Enclave Services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued.
