Grandfather District Mowing - Landscape Maintenance at Office and Recreation Areas - Base plus 4 option years.

Maintance of landscape at Grandfather Ranger District Office (109 East Lawing Drive, Nebo, NC), Curtis Creek Campground (5072 Curtis Creek Rd, Old Fort, NC) and Mortimer Campground (8410 Edgemont Rd. Collettsville, NC). Mowing and weed trimming will be performed on each site on a bi-weekly basis (every 2 weeks) from April 15 through October 15 with debris removal.

Actual work will be performed April 15 - Oct 15 of each year.

Contract Period Of Performance:

Base:  Date of award - Mar 31, 2021

Option 1:  April 1, 2021 - Mar 31, 2022

Option 2:  April 1, 2022 - Mar 31, 2023

Option 3:  April 1, 2023 - Mar 31, 2024

Option 4:  April 1, 2024 - Mar 31, 2024
