USDA Forest Service, NFsNC Grandfather Ranger District, Nebo NC
has a need for Janitorial Services for Linville Recreation Facilities.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, management,
equipment and supplies necessary to provide custodial and
grounds keeping services described herein for the Grandfather
Ranger District Linville Rec Sites per the attached SOI, SOW, and Wage
Determination.
All items listed on the SOI must be priced to be considered for award.
Vendor must have an active sam.gov account on date proposals are
due to be considered for award.
100% Small Business Set Aside.

It is our intent to award a single IDIQ Contract, Base and 4 Option periods.
