The USDA, APHIS (Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service), WS (Wildlife Services) intends on procuring various current and future ammunition requirements. The duration of these Blanket Purchase Agreements will be April 2009 through September 2009 with 4 option years (2009-2014) for a maximum BPA length of five years. The USDA synopsis and future solicitation could result in the award of multiple BPA’s for the same or different line items. The Contractor shall provide supplies under the BPA only as directed in orders. This will be a best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-6395-S-09-0075, will be released on or about March 20, 2009 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website.
